R-networks is a small organisation - very small in fact, being only one man and an occasional friend drafted in now and again. Under the umbrella of a complete Webmaster service I design, create and manage websites. I also offer a graphic design service for such things as logos, badges, certificates, stationery and so on. The niche market I am best able to serve is small clubs and societies, small or part-time businesses and similar organisations. I offer a more complete and professional service than the kid on the block who can knock up a web page or two for you, but I don't try to compete with the larger commercial providers.
I aim to design websites that look clean, simple and uncluttered and that are easy to navigate and maintain. They must also work well on different browsers and operating systems. All my work is hand-produced and complies with W3C standards for strict XHTML1.0 and CSS2: I don't use software such as Dreamweaver or MS FrontPage. Writing code by hand keeps file sizes down and makes pages quick to load.

Your website can include a message board or an RSS news feed if you want, but I don't do animation. PSP and MySQL are next on my list to offer and I'd welcome the chance to use them. For "welcome" read "heavily discount".
Which brings us to the matter of cost - and of course it depends what you want. I'm not trying to make a living from this work and my overheads are minimal, so let's say that we can probably agree a price that is reasonable and affordable. The more interesting and enjoyable the project the more I'll be willing to negotiate a good price!
